Handcrafted Chopsticks: Design Customize Your Own Handmade Set

Design your own fully customizable handmade wood and resin chopsticks in just a few short steps!

Every individual chopstick stick is 100% handcrafted from beginning to end. I start with a piece of hardwood, cut it to size, set it in the mold, add the resin, let it cure for 3 days, remove the newly formed ‘chopstick blank’, cut it in to rectangular ‘sticks’, and finally, hand sand it to form the final shape. While this undoubtedly means a whole lot of work, it also means each chopstick is a 1 of 1 and completely unique!

1. Hardwood AND Style

From the first dropdown box labeled ‘Hardwood & Style’, please select from one of the following options:

MAPLE – SEGMENTED

WALNUT – SEGMENTED

OLIVE – SEGMENTED

MAPLE – 1/2 & 1/2

WALNUT – 1/2 & 1/2

OLIVE – 1/2 & 1/2

MAPLE – WOOD ONLY

WALNUT – WOOD ONLY

2. Colorant Type

From the third dropdown box labeled ‘Colorant’, please select one of the following colorants:

TYPE 1: LIQUID DYE – Translucent or see through.

TYPE 2: MICA POWDER – Metallic/sparkly and more opaque.

Mica powder is the more common of the two colorants. This is the same stuff that gives things like nail polish and automotive paint that distinctive metallic glimmer.

3. Choosing Your Color(s)

Because I can create infinite color choices, rather than trying to list them one by one, simply write exactly what you’re looking for in the

‘ADD PERSONALIZATION’ space provided.

PLEASE NOTE:.

• Creating sets using the segmented style requires significantly more time & work and therefore includes a $5 upgrade fee.

• These are standard size chopsticks that measure around 10” long.

• It’s important to keep in mind everything is 100% handcrafted. As such, no 2 pieces are identical.

• Because each piece is custom made to order and resin requires a minimum of 7 days to cure properly, please plan on allowing anywhere from 7-21 days for design and construction. If you need your order sooner, or if you would like to request any additional customizations, please contact me directly.
