Fast delivery (ordered on Wednesday and received today). Easy to assemble for the most part. Hardest part I found was trying to slot the bookcases into the metal V plates, this was really hard to do on my own but I managed! It is worth stating though that this is 3 separate bookcases that are then held together by the V plates at the bottom and some connectors at the top, so the “corner” case isn’t really a corner at all so does end up standing quite far away from the wall. But once I’d finished adjusting it all, I was super happy with it. Good quality and sturdy wood, no issues with damage or missing items. I also love that I can add other standalone Billy bookcases to this

Nice enough corner solution but the cutout at the bottom for the skirting boards is not hight enough for most modern homes which tend to have high skirting boards. The back isn’t deep enough and the lowest shelf isn’t high enough to allow for a decent cut out. This now means we’ll have to do go to a DIY store and build a platform to raise it above the skirt. If you want to fix to to the wall (which we do) without it looking wonky, this is the only option. PLEASE MODIFY THE DESIGN IKEA!!!

Buyer beware the Billy corner combination does NOT allow Oxberg glass doors to be fitted to the corner unit and the units either side of it. There is not enough room for the doors to close. I could not find this information anywhere, so I assumed (never assume) glass doors would be fine. I have now had to change from corner combination to units side by side against the wall. Very disappointed. Ikea please state CLEARLY that glass doors cannot be fitted to corner combination. Thank you

This is three small bookshelves and NO CORNER unit. Not a good use of space and not what it is described as. They are easy to put together but definitely not what I was expecting.
